I recently started playing warhammer again after having played WHFB for a few years when I was a teenager. I started with a 40k army, but since a few weeks I've started collecting an Ironjawz AoS force as well.

I'm hosting a tournament with some friends soon. Two of my friends will bring their own armies, however two other friends are new to the hobby and do not own their own army (yet). I have three old fantasy armies that I'm going to use to build some lists; Greenskins, Dark Elves, Chaos and some daemons. I haven't looked into the greenskins yet as I think I'm going to mix them with my Ironjawz. The idea is to try to create lists that are fairly balanced, however I've always bought models that I found aesthetically pleasing so that might be hard.

First I'll list what I have available to me for these factions, bellow that you can find the two lists I've made so far. Both lists are for 1000 points, but I figured since I've got a big/expensive monster options for both the chaos and aelves I might look into bigger point lists so the guys could try their hands on some real wrecking power. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Moving to AoS Army Lists

For the dark elf list I recommend dropping a unit of shades to bump the dreadspears to 20-man, then combine the two darkshard units into a single 20-man. With those changes the two lists you have there will be reasonably balanced with each other. Worth noting these are casual-level lists for what I am assuming is a casual-level tournament.
