Hi guys!

What makes an imperial knight different from the other? Do weapon loadouts make each knight unique? There are so many different knights for sale in GW's website it gets really confusing

I'm interested to pair my KDK army with renegade knights, do they have to be wardens or would any knight do?

Thanks!

The rules for Renegade Knights were published a while back. You can build them as Wardens or really any combination of weapons. Very flexible.

Yeh it's only weapon load outs. The only difference between the two kits is the more expensive one comes with an extra sprue to add the carapace weapons, gauntlet and gatling cannons in. The renegade knights are much more customisable than the loyalist ones, can even dual wield the guns.

I think those ones don't have different types, just different weapon options instead.
