Not sure whether to take the Master of Signals or Siege breaker for buffing HS squads. Volkites will get more from the Master, Misiles - from the Breaker. Later on I may take both, but points are low, so it's a situational choice.In general this list has some AA (misiles), some anty-horde (volkites) and situational AP 2 (vets). Is this enough for a low point game,or is it worth getting some AP2 shooting at this point?

Yeah it's not bad for a 1000 pt game at all. Personally I do not like undersized squads and would take either 10 ML or 10 Volkite.

If you go that route then it makes your decision between MoS and SB easier (MoS shines more in a Volkite squad, SB does more for a ML squad)

Not sure if Apothacaries are worth the 100 pts for a small game. Maybe better to spend those points on more upgrades for the Vets, seeing as you're already paying a pretty big tax to take them and snipers + suspensor web HB's is awesome.
