IA2 has the most current Fellblade stats, I think the Glaive and Falchion are 30k only and you'd need the Legion red book.

I think they're in Mont'Ka, maybe? I'd try checking that book, but don't buy it just off my vaguely remembered ramblings.
I know it has the IG Superheavies, but is the Fellblade a SM?

Forge world's website tells you which book the models are in for the most part. Fellblade is IA2:SE for 40k. Falchion is in HH3 and I'm not sure where the Glaive is. I think there's a master post somewhere that is a current reference to where all the current rules for FW models is.

If you want the most current rules all in one place you're going to want the Legiones Astartes red book. The rules for the Fellblade only are printed in IA2, but the other two aren't technically 40k-legal.

Because the Glaive and Falchion aren't legal in 40k.
