Hey all, new to Tau, and returning to the game from about a 10 year hiatus. So still relearning, and learning new stuff. Haven't gotten models or anything yet, but here's where my story/question comes in.

Drunkenly bought the Tau Codex about two weeks ago on ebay one night. Labeled "Brand new Tau codex" new edition..etc.
Any who, it's the 6th edition codex...I was drinking, and honestly wouldn't have known the difference anyways, as I'm just getting back into the game.

Question is, Is there anywhere to print out pages with the new info that is updated and added to the new 7th edition. I know that overall it's pretty much the same. And I know the new info is in one of the warbooks or something. But, has anyone compiled the new info somewhere just to print up and throw the pages in my old book? Even a spreadsheet or something? I'm sure I will have to just go out and buy the new codex, just hoping there is an easier way to get back into this.

Thanks!

I don't think there is a shortcut beyond buying the new book or buying the Warzone: Damocles book that's got all the new content in it.

You can just play with that one for now; last I'd checked you'd be missing out on Breachers, the drone turret thing, the Coldstar flyer-battlesuit, and the Ghostkeel, Stormsurge, and Tidewall, but you can play Tau just fine without all those things.
