See title - I'm looking to buy a range of plasticard sheets of varying thickness but not sure what thickness is most appropriate for modelling 40k-scale vehicles.

Thanks in advance!

At my desk

0.5mm for small detail work. 1mm for structural work. 2mm if you want to do big stuff like buildings.

3000pts Blood Angels (4th Company) - 2000pts Skitarii (Voss Prime) - 2500pts Imperial Knights (Unnamed House) - 1000pts Imperial Guard (Household Retainers)

2000pts Free Peoples (Edlynd Fusiliers) - 2000pts Kharadron Overlords (Barak Zilfin) - 500pts Ironweld Arsenal (Edlynd Ironwork Federation) - 1000pts Duardin (Grongrok Powderheads)

Wargaming's no fun when you have a plan!

So this would be a good starting point? Not interested in building atm:

If you pick up 2mm plasticard, make sure you look into a better cutting tool than an exacto. If I'm doing structural work, I have a coping saw that I use to cut the pieces out with.
