My one and only black friday purchase this year ended up being the zombicide boardgame, which is really fun actually. Either way, of course I couldn't resist splashing some paint on the zombie hordes.
These are the first 10 of around 60+ zombies in the base game. Not quite happy with the paintjob but I guess it'll have to do. I placed the larger images at the bottom behind spoiler tags.

As always, C&C is very much appreciated.

Not bad!

My only advice would be to paint the base rims colour coded to the zombie type; really helps when playing to identify how quickly you are going to die!

Yeah, I've been debating back and forth on whether or not to do so for a while now. My only worry is how would I then do the expansion zombies and still be able to identify them easily. Especially as I'd rather not place any restrictions in the colour scheme of the minis themselves.

The plan I'm currently going with, as it's the easiest one to modify later, is to do all bases entirely black as in the pictures with the survivor bases unique and detailed. This at least lets me tell who is a survivor and who is a zombie easily.
The rest I'll figure out later I suppose. The only ones that are kinda tricky to tell apart on the board is sometimes the walkers and the runners but I feel that might change when playing with a full set of painted minis vs just gray ones.

My toxic zombies all have green bases with colour coded rims. I've not yet decided how to do my Prison zombies - but they all have orange jumpsuits and white vests other than the guards, so are easier to spot! Either way I think that your guys are looking good.
