I have been out of 40K for a little over a year and a half and am considering a return although the amount of information and armies as it stands seems to make it a daunting task. Before I took a break I wanted to make a Raukaan force with a Knight and some Death Korps... I started reading a little bit about the new stuff and I'm not sure how anything works anymore. Is everything now bought as a formation? Is Raukaan even allowed anymore or been updated? Thanks ahead of time for the help.

It's been updated and is now in the supplement Angels of Death (with a bunch of other marines)

Got it's own Decurion The Fist of Medusa that grants IC's a 12" bubble that boosts FNP by +1 and gives all vehicles POTMS and a second warlord trait. Can't remember anything else from it.

Tactical Objectives, the component formations of the meta-detachments, the Armoured Might generic meta-detachment, and the new psychic powers are also stuff in Angels of Death that weren't in Clan Raukaan. Also if you aren't using the meta-detachment the Scions of the Forge rule got changed from two slotless Techmarines per HQ/three per Master of the Forge to three slotless Techmarines per non-Techmarine HQ in general, since there is no Master of the Forge these days.
