Looking for opinions on count as modeling.

I have a Word Bearers Anointed force (all termis) built using the Space Wolves codex. The army is built to be fluffy not tourney worthy.

The idea for this army came from the Word Bearers trilogy (Dark Apostle, Dark Disciple, and Dark Creed). One of the characters is a possessed techpriest. The description they give make him larger than a terminator. I decided to use a Centurion model for him. I used 2 of the models in the box to make my count as Logan Grimmnar and Arjac. Now the issue I was running into was what rules to use to for him. I wanted to keep it close to the book. In the end I have decided to run a Cult Mechanicus allied detachment with a Dominus and a squad of Kataphron Destroyers.

I know how I want to model the techpriest but the question is how should I model the Kataphrons.
Should I use the Kataphron model, remove the mechanicus markings and chaos it up?

Or

Model them as Centurions with appropriate weaponry? SInce the Kataphron models will look a bit out of place with the rest of the army.

Thoughts, Opinions?

What about putting the servitors on legs? Then they're still recognzable, but fit more with the theme.

How about an army pic so we know what we're dealing with?

The bodies fit quite nicely scale-wise with the legs from AoS Blood Reavers...

Few army pics first.

I have a few more in my gallery, but that is a little out of date. Those should give you an idea of what I have.

Rawson I was thinking about putting them on legs but don't have a size comparison yet. I was thinking they were Centurion sized but could be wrong.

Ynneadwraith Do they fit? Do you have a picture? I was thinking they might be too big for those legs. I have a few termis that use the wraithmonger legs and those work great.

Edit: Found a picture of a legged conversion. So the torso looks to be about the size of a termi.
