An experimental list built around Magnus with base 20 WC. Disc heralds fish for Cursed Earth for screamerstar to stay close to Magnus and buff him to a 2++. Grimoire on the screamerstar for their own 2++. Anything charging the screamerstar without assault grenades will be going at I1 in CC due to Magnus WL trait, although tempted with Fatey as WL for the Warpstorm table with rerolls. Paradox herald to summon units in early turns with no scatter from Cursed Earth to make up for low unit count. Also Magnus to drop an exalted flamer every turn again with no scatter within screamerstar Cursed Earth bubble

If you don't want Fateweaver as your warlord, then you could drop the Daemons to an allied detatchment and then grab your heralds out of the haralds anarchic formation for some extra warp charge using the points spent on the 2nd horrors unit to grab the 3rd required herald.

I'd probably trade the Sorc's staff in to upgrade one unit of cultists to Tzaangors for majority T4 too, but that's just me. If you've already got 20 cultists and 0 Tzaangors, then it's not worth the cost of a box of Tzaangors for the minor bump in survivability.
