Hello brothers and sisters I am in need of some help, my beautiful new Corvus Blackstar slides down the flyer stand what tricks have you to fix such an issue I know a few others such as the Crimson Hunter have the same problem. Thank you for your help.

There is no regulation height a Flyer must be on its base. As far as I know once it's done sliding down the base that's the correct position for it to be in.

I would suggest adding little pegs on the sides of the flyer stand at the level you want the flyer to fly. It will prevent it from sliding down. Another option would be to take green stuff and wedge to the edges. Wider sides would still allow removal, but prevent it from sliding down further than you wanted.

I'm not clear on what the issue is? So long as it sits solid on the stand everything should be fine.

The Blackstar sits noticeably lower on a flight stand than other flyers, because the its the actually the top of the hull that supports the model on the stand (rather than a piece on the bottom of the hull). It's the way its been designed, so that's how its meant to be played. I kinda like it, because it gives the impression that the Blackstar is doing a low level 'stealth' run as befits its fluff. Also makes it ever so slightly easier to get behind terrain for cover saves/ LOS blocking lol
