So as I start my march into a 30k blackshields army, one of my first units I have painted is the marauder squad. I have decided to really bloody up their chain axes as I feel any weapon like that will be very bloody and I have also sprayed blood for the blood god over their body to show backsplash.

Very nice, liking that scheme, will be striking on the table. Lots of fun to be had with a blackshields army, limitless possibility.

It is a really nice scheme, forgeworld hit it out of the park picking it (though I added onto it with the brass accents). But blackshield armies are some of my favorites
