So how best to represent the Terran Dominion (or Terran Confederacy) from Starcraft ......... I originally had planned to use Skitarii Vanguard as Terran Marines, Sydonian Dragoons as vultures, and the Onagers as siege tanks. However, Their air force, a definite Terran Asset) is found wanting in a Mechanicum List I could under the new Imperial Agents list tie in a fleet of Valkyries....That being said would a forge world elysian or D-99 list be more appropriate? What do you all think?

Multiple Detachments my friend, that's your answer. Guard Stormtroopers in Valkyries out of the Militarum Tempestus book and then either Mechanicus or regular Guard Detachments to taste to give you your walkers and tanks, heck an Imperial Knight could be a Thor.

I went with a Deathwing army for my Terran army. Normal terminators as Marines, fireball with heavy flamer, Maurader with Cyclone or plasma cannon, vultures, diamondback and hellion as ravenwing, siege tank in mobile mode as a vindicator, goliath and vikings as dreadnought and a banshee as a landspeeder.
