Hope this is in the right spot a friend is insisting there is a way to get out of combat with my Stompa if his guys can't wound it. Is this true? I can't seem to find anything in the rules that answers this.

He is referring to the rule *our weapons are useless* you can find it in the Determine Assaults Results part of the rules.

It simply allow him to fail his morale check for the assault phase voluntarily if wish.

It's worth noting, if he has Fearless, then he can't use this.

Hey thank you for the quick response, does that mean Marines can just disengage at will?

Well they have kraks so can hurt AV12 in close combat. To hurt 13av+ thyey need a melta bomb or power fist

Yes, but ATSKNF means hey don't get killed they just stay in CC

Yes, but ATSKNF means hey don't get killed they just stay in CC


That's if I catch him though right? So he can kinda fail it I don't catch him and then he consolidates out of combat.
