I'm toying with a Household detachment (1250 pts)

Knight Warden (Baron),
Knight Warden,
Knight Errant.

What kind of allies would you take (600 pts)?
CAD Mechanicus (TP Dominus, Kataphrone Destroyers)
CAD Skitarii (Rangers/Vanguard, Onagers)
CAD Eldar (Farseer, Windrider Jetbikes, WK?)
CAD Marines (Chaplain, Scout-heavy?)
or something else...

I recently made a list thats pretty close to yours. For my allies I decided to go with a Vindicare Assasin (can strip the last hull point on any vehicle, can precision shot a melta gun or powerfist wielding bad guy etc.) And the Start Collecting Skitarii formation, the Dominus Maniple. That gave me access to a unit of Rangers who can hold an objective and snipe away at whatever is in 30" of them, a Dunecrawler with the Icarus Array and the Dominus who can repair a knight per turn and still shoot his Eradication Ray.

Might I also suggest looking into the Baronial Court formation? Objective Secure is nice, but Knights can usually clear out everything close to objectives anyways. The Baronial Court gives you better invuln saves if you stick your knights together and allows for overwatch (which is pretty dope on the Wardens).

Indeed, I was looking into a Baronial Court. It might be the better option.
In 1850 pts, one could play two Dominus Maniples which is quite cool.

I've been toying with a Baronial court list that includes a Ravenwing Strike Force myself. I guess I like the Knight theme (black knights working with Imperial Knights). And the Ravenwing can easily keep up with the knights or outflank while still being very durable.

Some other alternatives might be an IG Armoured Battlegroup for them sweet sweet ID beasthunter rounds on a BS4 command tank.

IG make good allies for knights (and vice versa) for a variety of reasons. Some good options include the Emperor's Blade Assault company, a mechanized CAD, or the Emperor's Wrath Artillery Company.

Alternatively, if you have the time and money, you could completely flood your side of the board with bodies, denying deepstrikers and outflankers access to your side of the board or the backs of your knights.
