Hello, I recently purchased the interesting tool Roll Maker from Greenstuffworld but I can't get it to work properly.
The thing is if I use a little force on the plates the greenstuff rolls nicely but doesn't get much texture, but as soon
as I put more force the "tube" flattens and I have to remake it/smoothen it again.

Does anyone have a good solution? It's sad to waste greenstuff when I try so long that it will be too cured to work
with.

Thanks in advance!

Maybe you could make a roll from green stuff without the pattern and let it cure, then cover it with greenstuff and roll it again.

I do not have the tool and have not tried it so i am not sure if its any help.

I saw now from their own tutorial (part 3) that they did not let the green stuff cure anything at all after mixing and before working.

I usually let it be for around 15 minutes before I work with it, which might have been my problem.

I had the same issue with mine. I found that light pressure and multiple passes worked like a charm. Gotta get the tube perfectly horizontal though.
Roll tube
Place horizontal
Light pressure roll up
Same pressure roll down
Slightly more pressure roll up
Etc..4-5 passes should do the trick
