List is for casual to semi competitive games. Will it hold up?

Hmm. Hard to say.

I think you might be a little light on AV in general, and might have trouble scoring objectives. Almost no ObSec, and the troops you do have survive by running away.

That said, it looks to be a reasonable TAC list, and should do OK against many others.

Would I be better off with a Skathach Wraithknight with inferno lances and 1x star cannon?

It should hold up alright. Couple small optimizations I'd make.

- the scathach wraith is a good idea.
- you can drop the warlock from the scatbikes and run them as 2 groups of 3, and put one farseer with each unit. That gives you one more Obsec unit, and let's your Farseers cover more ground while keeping them each with a bodyguard unit.

Looks totally fine for casual/semi competitive otherwise. You've got a bit of each of the power units, and a few regular units sprinkled here/there. It's a good mix.

Thanks for the input! if I did drop the warlock and split bikes, should I take a vauls wrath support battery with D-cannon? Or should I also drop the Rangers and the spears on the jetseers to free up 125 pts. For 125 I could get a night spinner w/ holo and stones, or 4 shinning spears exarch w/star lance and a spear on one of the jetseers, or 3 shinning spears exarch star lance and a vauls wrath support battery with shadow weaver.

That comes down to taste a lot. Personally out of those options I'd take the Spinner as I have a sweet spot for them. Shining spears are expensive for what they offer, and I don't like the short range and static nature of D Support batteries (unless they have a scout move to start the game with). I don't mind Shadow Weavers either, they can be useful.
But since your list is for the casual side of the game, just go with whichever unit you like the best!
