Greetings! I got some Wood Elf Warriors for Christmas, and I obviously need and adhesive. My dilemma is that the closest GW store is about 30 to 40 minutes away. So do you have any suggestions for adhesives that I could find at MIchael's or something? Thanks

If you're referring to plastic model kits, simply go to any Hobby Lobby, Michaels etc. and see if they have a model kit section. For plastics you'll want "liquid cement" for plastic models. This is liquid stuff ---- use extremely sparingly --- and you're good to go. Look for Testors of Model Masters.
If you're dealing with metal or metal to plastic, I personally suggest Loctite super glue gel:
The loctite is available anywhere (ACE, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.)
PS: If you're just getting into hobbying, a general rule of thumb is to avoid buying GW hobby products - they're rebranded items which are quite expensive. You can find better all over the internet. For example, GW will sell you a bottle of PVA "hobby glue" (it's Elmer's White Glue) for like $7-9 instead of the $2-3 you can find in a store for normal glue. So, avoid them for hobby stuff - tools/glue/flock etc.

Loctite gel is popular, or Gorilla Glue. I've used Zap-A-Gap as well.
Another recent thread that talks about this same subject, with various opinions:

plasticweld (MEK) for plastics. Superglue or epoxy for metal and resin.

For plastic, Revell and Testors with the needle applicators are good (get the "model master" variety if you get Testors as it comes with a metal nib which is much better than the plastic one, I believe the basic version from Revell comes with a metal needle). I clear clogs with fire by holding a cigarette lighter against the metal nib to melt and burn out the clog (obligatory warning: glue is flammable and the fumes probably aren't good for you, use caution, don't burn your house down and don't blame me if you burn your house down). For superglue I just use the loctite precision stuff. I use epoxy for some things I don't trust to superglue, out here we have araldite brand which is great, can't remember what brand I used when I was living in the USA.

Loving the gorilla glue super glue so far! Used to only use citadel super glue back in the day with zap-a-gap zip kicker for when I needed something to set instantly but I'm really loving the GG super glue and how fast it sets and the thickness of it makes it really easy to apply! Also if using superglue remember to storm it in your freezer as that will extend the shelf life dramatically. Industrial grade cyanoacrylates are stored at -40f so a freezer definitely helps to extend their shelf life!

Walmart adhesive section: get the 4 pack of black and yellow superglue. I've never found anything that I like more. And it's either $1/pack or $1.60. Stuff is the best for everything!

+1 for Gorilla glue. That's all I use. Strong bond and it goes on with the right thickness.
