Cultist unit says,

"On a 4+, put an identical unit into ongoing reserves."

Alpha Legion rules say,

"On a 4+, put an identical unit into ongoing reserves."


I take this to mean, per RAW, I get two 4+ rolls to put an identical unit into reserves. Since it's an identical unit, and not the original unit, I can in fact get 2 units in ongoing reserves by rolling 2 4+'s.

Note, the rules even have different names.
