Subject: Plastic Horus Heresy minis

I went onto the GW webstore and couldn't find any mention of the plastic MKIV marines and the plastic Cataphractii terminators that I saw in the store a few weeks ago. Was it only a limited run that I missed out on or am I just blind?

Save up.. Buy the boxed game.
Its alot cheaper than seperate.
About a 50% saving rrp.

Thanks, seems I'm blind. I prefer the MKIIIs so I'll get BofP, but I'll not get BatC, it's not saving to spend £95 when I only want one squad of MKIV.

Agh.. Thought if just after 1 mk iv and cats termy. 60 ish quid.
For extra 30 its plus 20 mk iv and contempor with cat captaint and a chaplain...

If you use ebay you can essentially get what you need for next to nothing.
Buy one of the sets and sell what you don't need.
Prospero for example, you can get £28 for the custodes and £20 for the sisters plus another £10 for both characters.
Since the set is £82 on eBay you get 30 mk3 tacs and 5 tartaros terminators for £24.
Sell off the rules and dice etc for more if you want.
Or if you want them cheaper just use ebay full stop.
People are selling sets of 10 mk3 marines for 15.
Really not worth buying any part of these sets through GW as your paying double the price.

Oh the sisters and custodians won't dwell on my shelf, they'll be straight on ebay for £20 each, along with the SW hero for £10. Made back over half of the money for under half the box.

Literally, I stocked my custodes purely from eBay bud.
Sold sisters at 20
Characters at 10
Terminators at 20
Tac squads at 50
Rules and other crap for 5
Now considering I was paying £85 per set, I was making £20 each box and gaining 5 custodes lol.
Did that 6 times and I now have 30 custodes and the proceeds got me the grav tank with plenty of spare change.
Edit: just done it with the triumvirate set too.
Sold cawl for 28 and greyfax for 18.
While paying 45 for the whole set.
So I got Celestine and the geminae and gained £1 lol.
