Wouldn't it be funny if they End Times 40k and then release Age of the Emperor, a sci-fi strategy game where ranks of futuristic warriors on square bases do battle all across the multiverse!?

GW has to find some way to use the square bases and movement trays they have sitting around. They will also use the opportunity to make weird shaped movement trays. You can now organize your Space Marines into a phalanx! Then they will introduce a campaign that discovers the smoking ruins of the old world on a planet that was previously unreachable due to the eye of terror thus allowing you to use all of your old WHFB armies on square bases in Age of the Emperor!

Let's wait until this actually happens before starting threads like this.
