The list looks pretty solid. That combination of formations will definitely have some punch, and is at a pretty decent power level.
I wonder if you need that much fusion, particularly on the commander and pair of crisis suits.
Unless your local meta is armies of AV14, then between your OSC and the riptides, you've got armour covered.
Perhaps you could look at missile pods for more range, or CIBs if you want more shots while in their face (I noticed the theme of short ranged weapons in the deep striking formation) both of these are still adept at taking on transports, but you're gaining volume of fire for when those are dead. I worry you'd have more trouble against horde armies - again it depends what you expect to play, but for take all comers, maybe a bit less fusion.
The ethereal probably doesn't need the hover drone, as he will most likely be joining a fire warrior squad and camping cover? save the points, imo. Speaking of joining a squad, it may be better to make him part of a single larger squad for more "shoot them again" goodness, and more meat shields before he gives up the extra VP on dying. So maybe consider a squad of 10 + ethereal? The other two bare bones 5 mans are fine for camping Objectives.
In the event that you drop first on turn two, and get counter deep struck, some EWOs on this list would do wonders. I think an EWO on the Ion-tides would carry a lot of weight creating a big bubble of pie-plate "NOPE" to counter reserves. Cheap and lethal when combined with the interceptor given to the marker drones in the formation.
Considered anti-air? Velocity tracker somewhere, probably on the broadsides or riptide, wouldn't go amiss, again depending on meta.
Finally some signature systems on the commander could do some work if he's joining the other crisis squads, Puretide engram chip giving monster/tank hunter, for example.
