Hello ladies and gents

So I did it I took the plunge into a new 40k army I am thinking of selling my eldar Titan to fund them but not to sure yet. But that's for another topic.

Anyways I ordered 2 boxes of veterans and am having trouble finding company markings. They will be 1st company, so I got the colours but the right shoulder markings are throwing me off. All the wikis and stuff say it is a personal hedalry but.... I am lost lol.

So I know nothing about space marines if they are vets and have a handgun and sword they get the triangle pointing up right? Also since it is IF I am having a imperal guard regiment joining them. Also can I give all my sergeants a power fist?

I need to go to work every day.
Millions of people on welfare depend on me.

It varies by Chapter, by Company, by personal preference...

The HQ/Elites/Troops/Fast Attack/Heavy Support icons are the traditional/strict Codex-compliant squad markings for commanders, Veterans/Terminators, Tactical Marines, Assault Marines, and Devastators, but there's absolutely no reason you can't decide to stick something else on there instead of the Crux Terminatus.

I’m not sure how divergent Imp. Fists are from codex markings.

White trim is the color of the first company.
Normally veterans have their chapter symbol on one shoulder, and a crux terminus on the other. If you don’t have moulded vet pads, the cross used to denote the elite slot works.

If you want to go old school, their helmet stripes are dashed with an accent color.
