I know the Repressor is based on the Rhino chassis, but frankly I don't have the expendable cash at the moment to buy rhino models.
What I do have is two Chimera I somehow (I don't know how) acquired over the years. I can't field them with sisters as Chimera so I am thinking of making modifications to the Chimera to count them as Repressors. Namely making up the tell tale 6 fire port section, moving the bolter turret to the other side yadayadayada.
What do you think on this? The rhino and Chimera are pretty similar in size- just the Chimera being a bit wider than the rhino.

Personally I don't see a problem with it, especially if it looks good and it's not like I'm grabbing a rhino and calling it a land raider.

Maybe? Given the ability to actually put Sisters in Chimeras in the Imperial Agents book you'd probably have to do quite a lot to them before it'd fly in a tournament setting, but if you aren't using any Chimeras as Chimeras it'll probably work for more casual games.

Or put them up in the swap shop, two chimeras to trade for two rhinos...

This. Even just eBay the Chimeras and then buy Rhinos, Rhinos are fairly cheap on eBay
