How do people play things in these situations?
Warp Flux could be shared (probably better for uneven numbers of players) or everyone gets full amount (probably better if everyone wants to be able to actually cast).
Dice generated by players' psykers - can they be given to teammates? (Here's an idea - could make it so that every Psyker can always use a Channelling power - casting value 1, if passed then all dice that successfully charged it get transferred to a team mate. Alternatively, you can try to cast it with Warp Flux generated by a team mate who has no psykers, needing 6's to cast)
Deny the Witch - if I use some dice generated by my Tigurius to DtW a Witchfire cast on my friend's Njall by a Zoanthrope, should they be getting bonuses from Njall being a psyker, higher level than caster, and carrying a Runic weapon? (If the above Channelling rule is in play, maybe Tigurius can make an out of sequence casting attempt to try to give Njall the power to resist...)

How we've played it in our group is that each army generated it's own warp charge according to normal 1v1 rules. DtW charges were shared by the target team- eg. Player A and B roll their charge amounts for their turn and get a 1 and 6. Player C and D have 7 charges in total- not each- for DtW.

Ouch. That's weighs pretty heavily in favor of players A and B.
I think I would do it so that each player generated their own charges. So Team 1 rolls a single die, and players A and B each get that die result plus their Mastery Levels in dice. Players C and D each get the single die result plus their individual mastery levels for denial.

For team games we normally just treat each team as a single army controlled by a single player, but nothing is worse than an ally of convenience. It tends to make things easier.
In this example it would be team 1 rolls a dice and adds the psychic levels of both players A and B and then they share the dice. C and D also add their levels to the dice and share that many dispell dice.

I don't think it makes any sense to share any warp charges, except maybe the D6, if there's only one D6 for two players.
Any psyker can DtW any cast on the table, and the bonuses for the target being a psyker apply in all cases, although that is a YMDC question.
I have no idea what having a runic weapon means, you'd have to check that specific SR.

We play it as 1 army. Typically though - out of fairness and fun factor - we only allow WC generated by your own units to be used by your units. The D6 we divide equally unless someone needs it more.

The expected value of a D6 is 3.5
A six-sided D2 has an expected value of 1.5.
A D8 gives a 0.125 chance to generate an 8. 4 D8's generating 1 warp charge on a roll of 8 has an expected value of 0.5.
So you could give each player 1 D2, and 2D8, and let them roll, where the D2 generates a charge on 4,5,6, and the D8 generates a charge on 8.
The expected values align, so you've effectively split the expected charges between 2 players.
However, it is possible that you end up with 8 total warp charges, where you normally had 6. But that would only happen roughly 6 times out of every 100,000 rolls.
