I was reading the leaked rules for thousand sons, but was confused by the Cult Arcana rule.

"Cult Arcana:. For each unit t with this special rule, (more words)"

I can't find a single unit with the Cult Arcana rule, nor where it states how a unit gets the Cult Arcana rule.

Later in this section it states that compulsory troops must have the same CA as the warlord. However, again, where does it state who gets one and how?

1) Leaks aren't the full rules
2) It's generally assumed that it's all Legiones Astartes: Thousand Sons units (though obviously it goes without saying that bbeing an assumption, it may not be correct)

Cult arcana is part of the Legiones Astartes: Thousand Sons, so anyone who has the legion rule needs to choose a specific cult arcana and your compulsory troops need to have the same one as your warlord.
