So im running a khorne army (blood disciples) and for my birthday I can get a CSM book, which would be the best one for a khorne themed army?

You've got two options (I'm operating under the assumption that IA13 is out of your price range if you're asking what you should request for your birthday): Khorne Daemonkin, if you want to mix Daemons and CSM in one army, or Traitor Legions, if you want to stick with CSM and run with the World Eaters rules to make your melee dudes go faster.

Imperial Armour 13. Its the Forge World supplement for chaos. It has a few Khorne daemon engines that you can take like the Blood Slaughterer

If you want to play Khorne Deamons, KDK is a great codex. If you want to play Khorne Marines, Traitor Legions is a great codex.

Do you want to have a Khorne Chaos Lord who on death blows up and summons a Bloodthirster? If so, Khorne Daemonkin has the relic weapon for you.
Do you want an army of loonies who can be in the opponents face turn two and once per game get a free assault phase? Traitor Legions good Sir!
As for IA:13, unless you want some of the really big critters for Khorne, see Brass Scorpion, I would stay away. It is a very good book but you run the risk of someone looking at your £100 plus model and saying 'I am not playing against that. Problem is they are fully entitled to.
