Title says it all, though I can work with other power armored like female models. SoB are too pricey, but I'd be open to alternatives. Considering them for a CSM cult showing.

Any advice? I'd prefer few models to convert rather than a non GW base.

Dark Eldar warrior and wych boxes have plenty of female torsos.

Yeah female Guardian torsos seem to be a little gold-dusty outside of the kits themselves.

As Badablack said, DEldar Wyches have a high proportion of female torsos which might help

Do the boxes come with multiple torsos/model (and thus spares) or just a solid male / female ratio?

Do you want GW only, metal/plastic etc?

The DE Wyches let you build I *think* 6 female 4 male, after looking at the website. I built mine a long time ago and I know you couldn't make all ten female.
TBH though, I don't think the wyches make at all good female models. They're men with breasts, in truth. Same legs, same arms, just a slightly narrowed waist and breasts on the torso.
