Traditionally, Malal is bisected black & white, so you might go from there.

Good luck!

Bisected black and white is Malal's color scheme, As JohnHwangDD said. Make sure to paint any and all skulls half white half black as well as that is his symbol.

i know its black and white, but im looking for some ideas or suggestions, about effects, details... for example: the white hand of saruman, painted very careless in shields and helmets
because its a WHFB warband style, it should be more rotten armor... but how to do it without looking like a nurgle black knight?

Maybe go back to the Malal fluff, such as it is. If you are consistently carrying the bisected black & white, with the skull motif, then that'll be different from Nurgle, which tends to have more green/brown.

Curious, what all units and models are you using? That might help define the kind of detail and special things you can add to the paint scheme.

The correct question is, would I be enjoying this hobby if I did this?

The correct audience is you.

Back when I still had Fantasy on the back burner, I was thinking through a Malal force.

I'd want a Champ, Wizard, Ogre and GDoM, filling the rest with just dudes. Mordheim is tough, as the GD doesn't apply, but the rest is doable. OTOH, all of it is playable in AoS, "count as" Slaanesh or Nurgle (pick one).

those are the miniatures, this is based in a warband that roam for AoS worlds, with the descendants of beastmen betrayed by Chaos at the end of the Fantasy world, so they left Chaos Undivided religion for Malal cult.

The result is a mix of beastmen and chaos warrior of this kind. with a druidic style for champs and wizards. i wanna make them look like old armors, rotten and with a good maintenance

OK, if that's the case, I think you're going to go with the bisected black & white fields and armor, and then detail up with dirty browns, greys and greens as washes to age & weather things.

Dont forget as well being a follower of Malal comes with a price the god slowly drains the life from its follower so they tend to bs pale faced and worn out... Following the anti-chaos chaos god is a hard life.

The other thing is they would mostly be hardened veterens for reasons abive becuase only the most vital of spirit survive and well everyone hates them ha

I'd bring the contrast down on the white/black motif by using a dark, dark grey and real pale grey. Then weather the heck out of em. Make these guys look like they've earned every victory and have the scars to prove it.
