i made this from the old mines of moria LOTR game starter set.



A last minute addition that is almost my favourite part of this is the streaking effect down the rocks. very subtle and improves the look greatly imo!
for those who are interested, its just seraphim sepia streaked downwards.




the tree is just a wire armature with airdrying clay over it, and clump foliage for the leaves.

Does anyone else think that the base is meh? i can't put my finger on it but it just seems a bit of a let down to the rest of the piece which i really like.

Thanks man, i Agree that would help, but unfortunately i cant change that now without ruining the peice. will bear that in mind for future projects though.
