I want to make a list of all the units Eldar, Dark Eldar, Harlequin and Ynnari that play well from reserves, particularly units that can come in on Turn 1, or are generally a great threat when they drop in.

Obviously a Ulthwe Strike force or 2 would be the basis of this list. Rolling for everything to come in Turn 1 with no Scatter, etc
I'd also like to add some Coven formations to this. Namely a Scalpel Squadron or 2 and a WWP Dark Artisan formation as Warlord.

I cannot think of anything Harlequins would bring to this list, and nothing Eldar or Dark Eldar that couldn't just be taken in a Reborn Warhost
Namely a WWP Archon + WraithGuard, Autarch for reserve manipulation and, of course, Yncarne

But if we take a Reborn host for the above units, what 2 Troops do we bring? No Troop unit stands out to me that particularly want to stay off the board turn 1 and come in from Reserves
Kabalites in Deep striking Venoms perhaps? Windriders just coming in from the board edge?
Then we have to add an Ynnead's Net formation.

Are there any units I am forgetting that would be good choices for a list like this?

If sounds like a fun list, and something I am interested in building.

Warpspiders play well when deepstriking too.

Maybe a crimson death?

And some kabalite in venoms for good measure.

Also- I would make the double ulthwe strike force mostly bikes. 8 scatpacks dropping in is huge alpha strike potential, and pretty cheap at only 648 points, then autarch and swooping hawks because they have the whole reserves thing going for them. A yneads net, some kabalite in venoms, dark artisan, Scalpel squadron for extra alpha strike and maybe a flyer with spare points.

Edit two - I wrote up a list, using mainly models that'd be fun to play and pretty competetive, I also tried to leave out covens as I love the whole 'covens hunting Ynari' thing -

Double scatterbike ulthwe strike force (might be a lot of bikes, 8 seems like too many)

ynead's net with scatterbikes and 6 reavers with two CC and HL, everything else is naked.

Autarch with wings and a melta, 6 swopping hawks with a sunrifle exarch

2 kabalite warrior units in venoms

Yncarne.

I initially thought that warwalkers would be great for the UST because they are easier to hide, but honestly I think that bikes are smaller and easier to hide, also pack way more of a punch. And the new bike models look a lot cooler than the silly chicken war walkers IMHO so they are there

I'd probably go with Shuricannon bikes in the USF just because range no longer becomes an issue. If I take an Ynnead's Net, the required Windrider unit would get Scatter lasers.

Null Deploy, Scalpel Squadron and about 80% of the USF should come in turn 1. The Bikes soften up a unit, but make sure that they deep strike 25" from the last model in the enemy unit that the Scalpel Squadron intends to shoot at.
In this way, you guarantee that you cannot kill that unit with the bikes, but only 1 model remains for the Scalpel Squadron to snipe. First Blood + D3 VPs

In the opponents turn they can only kill those unit and if you desire, you can bring in Yncarne when something dies. Possible deep strike one of the USF units intentionally close to where you want Yncarne to come in, tempting the opponent to shoot them.

Ooohhh that scalpel squadron combo is mean and I like it.

3 x Falcons for cheeky deep strike shenanigans. This lets you use two groups of dire avengers for troops. You can then add some fire dragons (maybe even as part of a shrine) to guarantee a soul burst as the third troop to go in the transport.

I feel like firedragons in falcons might be left wanting due to a lack of BF.

I might be wrong, but they might have trouble getting into melta range

Seems like they'd do just fine. He's talking about taking 3 falcon for clousdstrike so no scatter deep strike + disembark range. Should be able to melt just about whatever barring loads of bubble wrap

And this is even more deadly with Soulburst. 3 Fire Dragons popping out of Falcons could potentially kill 6 vehicles. That's a bit of overkill especially since you'll also that the Falcons guns too, so I think maybe only use 2 units of Dragons. But what would be a good 3rd unit to complete the Aspect host and hop in the 3rd Falcon?
6 Dire Avengers? 3-4 Dark Reapers?

I'd run either Dire Avengers, or let the 3rd Falcon go empty and run a unit of Warp Spiders to complete the Aspect Host
