Why go unbound? You can insert those three bikes into those kill teams, if I count right, your kill teams still have enough model slot to fill the bikers in. Also remember, those bikers allow any of your unit they join to split fire, which is awesome.

One more thing I'd like to suggest is you might want the CML on Terminator in Furor kill team to be swapped by Assualt cannon, this will be: 1. save 5pts, and 2. Keep consistent with your Frag Cannon

On the other hand, the two CML on the Stalker Pattern Aqulia Kill Team is great Because I can sense that you want them to sit in backfield while the rest kill teams will DS right? So giving them more long range weaponry is great. That led to a second choice: Take out the CML Terminator from Furor kill team and put it into the Aqulia Kill Team with Stalker Bolters, meanwhile take the Librarian out and put into the Furor Kill Team, due to most Psychic powers a SM Librarian could get are short ranged.

Sudden realized another more suggestion for you, if you can squeeze 10 more points, arm the Black Shield with a powerfist and Lightening Claw instead of two power swords, I know that is what the GW kits provided but that is far inferior to fist / Claw combination. You get the some number of attack, but you can choose either AP 3 shred, or double Strength AP2, instead of stuck at Str 4 AP3 only

I'm gonna be honest with you...This list will struggle. First off get rid of the vanguard vets, and go frag cannons/ drop pods. Drop pods are deathwatch's best friends so build them around that. Honestly DW can go either way CAD or BSSF since their bikers alone are so strong! Also if you aren't running Watch Company don't run a Watch Captain go librarians that roll on telepathy or librarius to survive. You will lose high point cost models and units so easily with Deathwatch and you have to build them accordingly. Don't take heavy thunderhammers they won't last, always grab storm shields and for every kill team have atleast two with frag cannons that are being drop podded. Also having a couple kill teams of just the stalker boltguns will help significantly and if you want to run the Watch Company have atleast two of the units just straight Kill Teams with stalkers that sit in the back drop HQ's and Psykers. The Corvus is amazing, but with vehicles in 7e not worth 200 and assault cannon over lascannon any given day.

Few other things to note: Black shields cant be equipped with any other weapons, can't give them new things like a normal veteran.
If an Aquila (or any other type of kill team formation) is going in a pod or other dedicated transport it can only have Vets and librarians.
Make sure each of your squads has one specific purpose and that it sticks to that.
Frag cannons over every other heavy weapon (usually 2/5 in a squad with it if in a pod)
Corvus is good but too expensive for my taste at these point levels. Will usually just ignore flyers if I can and it's worked out decently.
You have lots of heavy weapons on your terminators, and multiple per squad. Just watch out for what's most effective for each squad for their points, as Deathwatch units get really expensive really fast.

All good advice above, but just to add a couple things:

I think the CAD is your friend here. frag cannons in pods, and the ability to take single model units can really cause the enemy to waste large amount of shooting on just one model.

Experiment with 3 units of 1 model each: terminators with a cyclone missile launcher or something just scattered about on objectives, or a solo TH/SS dude deep striking in just to be a pain. Also, a single bike with a melta bomb is good to harass. Then, you can let those single model units take objectives or cause trouble for the enemy, and hit them with the frag cannons. I also think taht 2 frag cannons in rhinos can be quite effective as well.

MSU at it's finest is what I'd say they do well at.
