Want to be as competitive as possible, I have the following models I would like to use:
Glottkin
GUO
10 blightkings
2 plagueclaws
6 plague drones

I don't have any other skaven, but I have all of the mortal hqs and all of the nurgle daemon things.

Help! One of our guys plays trees and i am struggling to deal with his crazy in the woods nonsense.

Run everything you have in your 'want to use' list, with plaguebearer battleline (two units of 10, one unit of 30) and Epidemius. Put the plaguebearers in front to obstruct your opponent while the plagueclaws add to the tally, and make sure to put fleshy abundance on the 30-man unit. Keep Glottkin behind other units until the second half of the game so he doesn't die and keep Epidemius waaaay back to keep him out of shooting range.

I'll admit I did no math before making my recommendation >.>

So going from this, I would make Glottkin the general first off (their command ability is REALLY good, well worth the loss of a command trait). Pull the Blightkings and 3 of the plague drones to bring the points in line. The reasoning is that plague drones have very powerful synergy with Glottkin's command ability and also will have a GUO around to trigger their locus effect easily.
