Subject: Lord Celestant on Stardrake, or Drakesworn Templar?

I finally have a Stardrake for my Stormcast Eternals army on order through my local game store. The only question is, do I build him as a Lord Celestant, or a Drakesworn Templar? Any recommendations, especially from those who have played either with or against either of the models?

Which Pallador battalion are you referencing? I'm looking at a Stardrake and the Storm Heralds battalion next after I finish my exemplar chamber.
