The latter allows you to immediately pile in and attack with any causalities suffered in the combat phase before removing them, whilst the former prevents units who suffered any Thunderstrike mortal wounds from piling in for the rest of the combat phase. Just to clarify, Bloodwarriors who were killed via a Thunderstrike wouldn't be able to pile in before making their dying attacks right? That's how we played it in our last game but I just want to be sure. And they can of course still attack if they're in range anyway right?
