Has anyone tried making models for a grenade-launcher Seeker Cadre? They look like they might be cool to try and put together/use, but the only spare grenade launchers I've got are from the Tempestus kit and are a bit too big, plus they have a side handle for the left hand rather than having a hand under the barrel the way the Sisters' flamer/bolter arms work.

My current theory is to keep the body of a boltgun intact, expand the muzzle, and add a drum magazine, but I haven't been able to find any pictures of anyone else's attempts and I thought I'd check and see if they existed before I started.

I was planning on using the old Cadian ones as I have a bunch laying around. I haven't test fit any yet. Should be building mine in the next few days so I can post my experience soon.

Unless you are absolutely hellbent on WYSIWYG, I would just wait until they come out from FW. You know they will be gorgeous!

Might be easier to mod up an underslung GL using a small piece of plastic tubing and maybe the receiver portion of a bolt/laspistol

Imo, if FW has released rules for something but not the model, a proxy shouldn't be questioned unless it's completely ludicrous. As for grenade launchers, if you just said that they have them, I'd be fine with it. I've seen a lot of mechanicum conversions and counts as and even though they're good stand ins you can still tell they're not the real thing and they never look as good as an official model.
