So I bought a box of Harlequins...

Looking at what rules I can get for SWA at the moment (the PDF on GW's site) I'm trying to work out a team, but going by the points costs and the stuff available in the box, I'm really struggling.

I know that, running a campaign I can theoretically add more guys and upgrade gear later, but I don't particularly fancy tearing the arms off my dudes as I level up. I also worry about being able to add new guys as I understand I'll usually be looking at around 100pts per match.

Can I save up the points? I think I'll need more to get even some newbies in. I'm also wondering if I can run a team without a leader to start with, or at least upgrade guys from new recruits to specialists or what have you?

If the starter set had been made as more than a method of hype to get people to buy the new terrain sets I might be able to check out the rest of the rules (or put together a Guard team) I'd have a better idea of what I can or can't do.

Finally, I wonder how people's thoughts are to me building my models as they're eventually intended to be, rather than how they start off with their points-restricted load-outs? I've only just started getting back into the hobby, so would probably be playing games more often than not in the actual GW (Warhammer?) shop. How strict are WYSIWYG rulings?

I'll be getting the rulebook when it comes out next week for sure, but getting stuck in to the modelling now. Gonna have to stick with the HOR rules for my Traitor Guard and just hope I do well enough to make them feasible in Shadow War. I have plenty of Catachans to go around...I think.

First wave of my Harlequins ready to paint. Gonna be a slow process to add the other 3. These guys are around 900 points give or take, depending on if I use one as a Mime or a Player. Thought it best to load up the Leader and Specialist at the start, then build up more bodies as I go.
I'm intending playing at the local GW shop and their table has pretty dense terrain that should allow me to zoom about out of line of sight til I can get close enough for stabby fun times.
