So, I've a few questions regarding dark eldar and how they deal with captured slaves. What would they do with powerful psykers? Do all slaves get tortured to death slowly, or do some have some potential for something other than livestock? Also, did dark eldar ever capture normal eldar, or were they typically friendly toward them? How was eldar and dark eldar relations pre 2nd gathering storm book?

They would most likely put you in a null field.

then put some sort of null collar onto you so you couldn't use your powers and then throw you into a arena and laugh as something nasty rips you to shreds

They do, but not often... Eldar are still Eldar after all, and why go after your own when there are perfectly good primitives all over to place to pick up

No psykers allowed in Commoraugh. While the very rare break of this law does happen, it's amazingly strictly observed by the otherwise unruly Dark EldAR.

They'd kill you immediately. They may be creepy sadists and slavers, but they're not idiots, keeping a beacon inviting daemons into Commoragh is fairly suicidal.

Or possibly sell the psyker to someone else for other slaves or loot or just fun. I can easily see the dork eldar laughing at some Failbaddon wannabe who is parading his new tame psyker around - the "arcane controlling collar" is actually just brass with some shiny runes and the obedience drug will wear off in about 30 minutes...

As AnomanderRake said, they will kill them immediately.

Read the fluff for Baron Sathonyx, he was a capable Dracon who got too big for his boots, successfully captured a Farseer and brought him back as a prisoner to Commoragh where he was immediately attacked and driven out of his Kabal for blatant stupidity. It's the one hard and fast rule of Commoragh, no Psykers, ever. Those that do bring in a Psyker get delt with by their own Kabal or can expect a visit from Vect's henchmen (the Psykers get killed pretty sharpish). The only exception to this is Shadowseers, because no one wants to mess with Harlequins.

My guess is simple.

They wouldn't bring you to their nice and shiney city, that's for sure. But as long as they aren't there, they would probably just so all manner of stuff that gets censored or deleted anyways.

Personally, if I was a powerful psyker, captured by the Dark Eldar, I would do my best to conceal it. Then, once I was inside the city gates, I would start manifesting every power I possibly could to draw the attention of anything in the warp, alerting everything possible to the presence of Commorragh.

Yeah i'd probably get killed by Daemons too, but screw the Dark Eldar, enjoy being overrun in minutes. That'll teach you.
