Or if you're set on it for fluff, take the warpsmith and 3 vindicator as a fist of the gods? Exactly the same units, but with a buff for the formation.

Consider something other than ac in the csm squads as they'll be moving a lot so snap firing ac is wasted points

You also can't take marked contemptor can you?

I prefer heldrakes to vindicators, sad because it isn't fluffy, but it just works better

Vindies need dozer blades and possession, that ability to ignore stunned/shaken on a 2+ is absolutely vital for letting the vindies be able to shoot and getting a single immobilised result will break up your trio meaning they either stick together or can't fire their ignores cover blast, not to mention the frustration of getting stuck in your own DZ or pointing the wrong way or out of range.

The melta bombs are a waste, as mentioned, the autocannon isn't a great choice, but you can make a rhino work as a bunker since you've got much higher priority targets available (vindies and T4 Oblits). If you're going to be a long range bunker, you might as well grab a havok launcher.

As above, either take the warpsmith and vindies or warpsmith and Oblits in their formations for a free power boost. While the Oblists would give up ObSec, firing twice is nice. The Vindies however is just free rules for nothing, so you'd be crazy not to.
