Hi folks,
got a short question: I was a bit lucky and got a limited Necron Codex for 7th, which is still sealed. On the official cardboard-wrapping is a sticker with a handwritten number, is this the number of the codex itself, or does that one only show when opening the codex-box. Maybe a picture can illustrate my question better..

Yeah, but can anyone answer the initial question?
I read that as a number, 0013. It would also be very strange for GW to put a gigantic handwritten sticker with sunglasses or 'Out Of Box' onto one of their products in my humble opinion.
Btw the Codex was limited to 1000 pieces.
No one here ever bought a ltd 7th Codex?

I bought the limited Dark Angels codex (Reclusiam Edition). I don't recall anything like what's in the picture with mine, although I may just not remember as it's been a couple of years.

I googled searched and watched several unboxing videos. The number is inside the slip case. The books are sealed before being put in a brown cardboard protection casing. The 13 might be a warehouse numbering or something. Nothing to do with the actual number. When I bought my xbox one when it first came out there was a sticker #22 on the box. It was Best Buys way of keeping track of the units and preorders....

The limited edition of the 6e DA book had a card with the number in an envelope that came loose inside the book, but that was before they did the whole box thing they've got going these days.
