I recently came upon Lord of chaos

And looking at his warscroll, I am not sure if he gets to attack with both glave and sword at once? the glave seems big like two handed, but wording implies use of both... but that would make him even greater beatstick!
Also, Lord of chaos transforms into chaos spawn when killed, or into daemon prince if he himself kills a hero.
Do you need to have points put aside for those models to materialize, like for summoning?

Yes, your Lord of Chaos attacks with both the Glaive and Sword. They just that awesome
Also (less awesome) yes, you have to set aside reinforcement points for the Demon Prince/Spawn they may transform into if you want to use it. The game counts it as a new model, thus you have to pay. There's a lot of hope for it getting changed in the GHB2 since really it's one model transforming into another, rather than a new one coming to the field. We'll just have to wait and see.
