What ones are you looking for info on? 2nd ed codex talked about the biggest being eye to eye with Warlord titans But their ships are also Tyranids.. so the scale possibilities are huge

Tyranid ships have always fascinated me, how strange would it be to be a creature housing an unimaginable amount of smaller creatures inside you (seperate to birthing them like a Tervigon) Gives me the heebie jeebies.

Human body houses so much bacteria, they outnumber your cells three to one. We are miniature hive ships . Minus the teeth'n'claws, void resistance and omnicidal hive mind, of course.
As for the size of land based species, there's this tiny graphic floating around.

Genesteelers are about the size of a large men, but are hunched. Patriarch and Broodlord are around 2.5 meter tall, so a little bit taller than a Space Marine.
Gaunts have the size of poneys or mules.
Tyranid Warriors are around 3 to 4 meters tall and so are Hive Guard and Tyrant Guard, but these are wider, longer and heavier.
Carnifex are about 4-5 meters tall
Hive Tyrant are around 5 meters tall
Trygon are about 20 meters long.
Tervigon are around 15-18 meters long and 5-6 high.
That's my take on the major Nids.

I never trusted any of those scales. There too many inconsistencies.
Especially artwork. I've seen whole bunch of pictures of Hive ships eating Imperial battleships like popcorn, and later they are described as being as comparable to those same battleships.

Imperial Armour 4: Anphelion Project has some sizes listed. I remember Hive Tyrant being 3m, Warriors about 2,5m, Carnifex about 4m, Hierodules 4,9m and Hierophant aout 11,5m. Also generally size varies from book to book. In some HT are even 6m and bio-titants can be as big as their imperial counterparts when in other they are a lot smaller.

The answer is that it varies. Tyranids aren't produced like our machines, they aren't going to have a standardized size.

Courageous Space Marine Captain
|
In 5th Ed Codex, Hive Tyrants are said to stand 3 times the height of a man, similar to Dreadnoughts. Taking the average man to be 6 feet, that gives a height of 18ft or 5.4m tall. Tyranid Warriors in the little booklet of the Battle for Macragge set says they are twice the height of Space Marines, which would give anywhere between 14 and 16 feet tall, or 4.3-4.9m, but this wouldn't add up as Hive Tyrants are roughly twice their size. So I'm gonna go with 5.5m for Hive Tyrants, which is "T-Rex" range of height, and Tyranid warriors at about 2.5m, which correlates with Broodlord's listed on Lexicanum as being 2.8m tall. This would make them head and shoulders above a Space Marine but not a Primarch.
The bigger bugs we're talking total speculation. Pre-5th Ed, Trygons were Gargantuan Creatures and they're models are similar sizes to Knights and Dreadknights. Tyrannofexes and Tervigons and the like are ginormous, simular footprints to Land Raiders and Spartan Assault Tanks. Carnifexes are massively more bulky that Hive Tyrants but hunched. The model isnt a great reference, but if you flip the torso so it stands upright, it towers over Hive Tyrants, Dreadnoughts and Dreadknights.
