ok fellas... i had some faimly related absences here on dakka... watching telly, playing with the kids , eating tasty stuff and so on...
but i squeezed in some riveting! yay!!!
so without further bander on my part...(yours is of course always nice to get^^)

That is awesome! It REALLY shows too! Sooo many RIVETS!! It's REALLY taking shape now Vik! 
Next time you have your camera out, can you take a picture of how you fixed yours please? I bought some brass u-channel stock I think may work as a better fence for cutting.

good work, but I can't help but think the sabre would look better on the other arm... probably just personal preference, though...

thanks mate! and i will do that for you...tho i have to say beforehand, what i did looks like some wastland ork had done it^^... but i will show you...by the way when changing the blade i ruined one screw...not what i call everlasting screws there... so i had a look at my tool box...thank the lords i found two...and replaced them with old but trustworthy screws!!! now we reach the state of everlasting with riveting speed^^

Well, look at most models in 40k- they have the gun in thier right hand, sword in thier left- because you shoot better wit the right hand, which is more important that swinging better with your sword.
also, brits only drive on that side of the road because most people are right handed- when you're riding a horse, you need to be on the left side of the road to swing your sword and kill someone as you're riding past, otherwise you'll be wrong-handed and it'd be awkward. You mainland europeans only drive on the right side because napoleon was left handed, and he told everyone to conform to him.

Odd when the whole driving on the left was based on passing on the left something they did due to most people being right handed. Made it easier to hit them with your sword. Driving on the right came from a later cart design, but was more or less for the same reason. Also the right was the peasant side of the road and the aristocrats started trying to hide by blending in around his time making it a law to stay on the right. Out of my head by the way.

Great job Vik love the straps great idea that me thinks really coming together now maybe time to add some kind of piping work 
The rivets look spot on and they are a plenty (not letting the league down there ) I think the sabre looks great myself but I guess thats down to personal taste 
Hope you had a good easter with the family mind you back to work know, as not long before you will be doing it professionally …… work that is
Knee covers and maybe the feet next  I feel the feet need something more still look a bit on the small side

No, Brits drive on the wrong side of the road, just because they can, then they put the steering wheel on the wrong side of the car to fix their problem they created by driving on the wrong side of the road
My question is though, if you take a tunnel or a bridge from the UK to a country where they drive on the proper side of the road, how do you switch lanes?

Looking great man! I was a bit on the fence about the oddly textured "skin" of the arms and legs...but with the plates and bands and rivets over it, it looks great! I don't even know how to describe it, like old battered armor plates given a new life with rivets!

thanks to all compliments my friends! for that! i hope i can deliver more to keep you suplied^^
as for the feet... plans are..ahaha...afoot to make the toes thicker, also i want to create a breastarmor done with PC as the sculpted work i did for now looks too crappy for me compared to the legarmor... that needs to be made acordingly... also...along with the armor for the torse i need to come up with a way to make a crotch thingy... and...
how do i do the knees? i have no clue... no clue whatsoever...
as for the driving íssue... wow... so much knowledge gathered...head feels... fuzzy...
