Fly is under the movement rules (several sections) on pg 177

Pistol Rules are in the specific weapons rule page of the Shooting Phase.
Fly is covered in the falling back part of the Movement Phase rules.
And that's pretty much it.

Isn't it "shoot with all of your pistols or all of your other weapons"? It seems to be written around army list entries limiting options, and my twin PP Champions are still technically useable, but it's a nuisance for my PP Warpsmith. Either they give him an extra rule or I'm switching him for a combi-melta.

You can shoot with all of your weapons
and they don't have to be the same target

You cant shoot pistols and other weapons at the same time.
It says in the pistol rules

Shoot all your weapons except pistols and grenades.
Shoot all your pistols but nothing else.
Throw a grenade and nothing else.
