Managed to hook a set of the new Death Guard last week and inflict my meagre skills upon them. Tried a new way of basing using the texture paints for the first time and I think they came out... okay. Overall, quite like these models, and might just have to get more with the forthcoming releases...

Foetid Bloat-Drone

Lord of Contagion

Noxious Blightbringer

Malignant Plaguecaster

Plague Marines

Poxwalkers

Not bad! I would say this is great for tabletop.

I love the green armor and think you did a fine job on the shading and highlights. I would love to see more details on some of the minis, but this is good work as is.

Good work. The paintwork looks pretty good, but man I'm disliking the minis more and more (some are okay, but there are some reaaal turds in there). You did a nice job painting up a cohesive force.

The paintjob makes the models so much better. Nice job dude.

H.B.M.C.- The end hath come! From now on armies will only consist of Astorath, Land Speeder Storms and Soul Grinders!
War Kitten- Vanden, you just taunted the Dank Lord Ezra. Prepare for seven years of fighting reality...
koooaei- Emperor: I envy your nipplehorns. <Magnus goes red. Permanently>
Neronoxx- If our Dreadnought doesn't have sick scuplted abs, we riot.
Frazzled- I don't generally call anyone by a term other than "sir" "maam" "youn g lady" "young man" or " HEY bag!"
Ruin- It's official, we've ran out of things to talk about on Dakka. Close the site. We're done.
mrhappyface- "They're more what you'd call guidlines than actual rules" - Captain Roboute Barbosa
Steve steveson- To be clear, I'd sell you all out for a bottle of scotch and a mid priced hooker.

They look good what tufts did you use for them?

Facts are chains that bind perception and fetter truth. For a man can remake the world if he has a dream and no facts to cloud his mind.

Great painting as always! i have to admit though i'm not a big fan of the bloat drone model, but that's not on you. The poxwalkers more than make up for it. what a bunch of fun guys!

realism is a lie

Really awesome job, Mongoose! You must have painted these like the clappers, which only makes the paintjob that bit more impressive.
