I am getting back into da hobby after a 8-9 year absence. 8th looks like da best place to start when comin' back in. So I started back with my first army, Orks. Some C+C is appreciated both from a competitive and friendly view.

Nice to see a list where people are not spamming boys to much, this list has variety and winabilitie.

Are the boyz choppa boys or shoota boys' I would advise taking choppas over shooters id also drop the grots and take another deff kopta, unless you are planning on bubble wrapping the boys with the grots, and the kopta is a delivery system for the big bomb 1 kopta on its own drops very fast.

You have to count all the wargear, so the painboy is 64+25 +5 for the grot or whatever he costs.

With the patrol detachment you don't need that many troops, 2 mobs of boyz are enough. Cut the grots, runtherd and the big shootas on boyz. With the spare points add some firepower, that totally lacks in this list. A couple of KMKs would be a great add but probably 4-5 kannons can be a good deal too in a 1000 points list.

Tha painboy costs 40 points, 65 with a p.klaw.
