I want to buy some terrain.
Looking for advice.

Here are the present options:
A decent deal on a Fortress of Redemption, will likely break it up into multiple custom scenery pieces.
Mantic Industrial - the big one or the second biggest plus some of the
Mantic Ruined Sci Fi - the big one or one of the smaller to fit with the industrial kit, above.
Galvanic Magnavent/Prometheum Forge - one of these, maybe add the Incinerator.

Any other suggestions?
Bear in mind that I am in South Korea.
Mantic is only a possibility because of the free shipping option.
The other things are at the "local" hobby shop.

Which is best? What else is out there?

I built the terrain myself. It saves you a lot money and is a reprieve from painting. Trust me you will like it, too. There are a lot of guides on the interwebz for terrain building (desert, ruined city, jungle, etc.).

yeah, I like building terrain when I have the time and especially when I have some housepaint that needs to be used.

But, to do this, I still need some nifty plastic bits, like the fortress of redemption panels and walkways and wall sections - the tower could be used in four different large wall/cliff type terrain pieces.

The new GW stuff from Shadow War is cool stand alone, and the Mantic Industrial stuff is very nice. Less detail maybe, but that can be a good thing if you don't want to feel guilty for not painting all of it.

I was wondering if people had size comparisons too. Like, how much can I expect to get out of the Mantic bundles? A 4x4? 6x4 table set up?

I am fairly confident that I can get a lot of mileage out of a fortress of redemption box. But am I better off with kits that store a bit smaller? Space is a bit of an issue...
