Are these bonuses cumulative? It doesn't specify anywhere that I can see.

ex: imcoming attacks are made at -2 at 13" and further, and -1 when at 12" and closer?

Not sure how some one can be shooting you 13" and further while also being 12" and closer.

Which unit are you talking about? Might help to give some more details for those of us who haven't yet had time to memorize every datasheet

He's talking about the Tau Ghostkeel suit's abilities.

And the rules absolutely do mention that they are cumulative (see the stealth field ability text), so this is an open and shut case. And honestly, even if they didn't mention that they were cumulative, RAW they'd be cumulative anyway unless specified otherwise.
