Terminator Sorcerer: Melta, Force Axe
5 Terminators: 4 Melta, Heavy Flamer, Chainfist, Powerfist, Power Axe, Power Mace, Lightning Claw, Mark of Khorne, Icon of Wrath
5 Renegade Marauders: Stalkers, 2 Snipers, Power Fist & Plasma Pistol
5 Renegade Marauders: Stalkers, 2 Snipers, Power Fist & Plasma Pistol
5 Reinforcement Power
4 Command Points
Set up two Marauder Squads in ruins. Likely take first turn with four units finishing setup = 2+ saves in cover. Set them up so that one deepstriking plasma unit can't split fire and blast through both units' cover. Turn one, Terminators and Sorcerer teleport in. Take out a choice threat - likely something mobile that can zoom through and kill the Sorcerer, or a plasma squad. Throw CPs at trying to pull off Warptime to enable a charge. Turn two, Sorcerer summons an appropriate Daemon unit. Available: Flesh Hounds, Flamers, Horrors, Screamers, Plaguebearers, Seekers, Exalted Seeker Chariot
Alternatives to Snipers (who are massively overcosted in Power games):
3 Fiends of Slaanesh (usually dense terrain, could cover-hop then stop enemies from running away from Terminators), an Enforcer with Power Fist and Plasma Pistol (potential alternative Summoner if Sorcerer needs to move it move it, needs to move it move it, you need to MOVE IT);
2 Enforcers, +4 Reinforcement Points (have no offensive use but expand Summoning options to include Bloodcrushers, 3 Fiends, Karanak
As above but one Enforcer and 10 Mutants; one less CP, but less vulnerable to being tabled by two artillery units who steal first turn
No Plasma on Terminators as no Chaos Lord makes rolling 1's a scary prospect.
Maybe give Sorcerer Jump Pack instead of TDA? Assuming Terminators get into combat and are sorted, could Summon then cast Warptime on self; precision Smite then break faces with force weapon
Gimmicky, but could be fun and unexpected?
All my Heretic Astartes are Word Bearers, if anyone has suggestions involving other Legions
