Note ahead of time, this is mostly me getting some conversations going. I will not be able to commit to any budget until August. So there isn't some huge rush to get this nailed down.

That handled, I am looking for assembly, conversion and painting of a Dark Eldar army. I have a very specific theme in mind, and it will require some fairly extensive conversion and character work.

Rather than go on and on about the overall conversion details here, I'd prefer to work with the artist directly on that.
